Where does your hair come from?
We currently offer Vietnamese, Indian and Cambodian hair, with more origins to come as our line grows. Most of our curl textures, and all of our kinky textures, are Vietnamese hair, known for curls that hold and great density. Indian and Cambodian hair come in patterns from straight to curly, and our curly textures other than Kinky Curly are offered in Vietnamese, Indian and Cambodian. Can I get my texture as clip-ins, K-tips or tape-ins?
Yes. Any texture can be customized into clip-ins, K-tips, feather crochet or tape-ins. Custom orders take 7 to 10 days and are final sale, and Order Support confirms customization pricing before your order is finalized.
How do I care for my hair?
Treat your extensions like your own natural hair: shampoo and condition regularly, follow with a lightweight leave-in, use a heat protectant, and sleep in a silk or satin bonnet. See our full Hair Care Guide.
Which hair is best for coloring or bleaching?
Indian and Cambodian hair are our recommended choices for bleaching because of their softness. We do not recommend coloring curly Indian hair, as its soft curl pattern may be compromised; medium to dark hues work best. Vietnamese hair can be colored, but due to its natural darkness it does not lift favorably to a 613 blonde. Chemically treated hair is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
How do I choose the right texture?
Start with your everyday style, how full you like your hair, and the finish you want: sleek, soft, full, defined or natural-looking. If you’re between two, Order Support can help you decide.
How do I choose the right length?
Bundles are available from 12″ to 30″. Curly textures appear shorter in their natural pattern than when stretched, so many clients size up one or two lengths for curls.
How many bundles do I need?
Most full sew-in installs use three to four bundles, depending on length and desired fullness. Longer lengths usually need more. Ask us and we’ll recommend a count.
Can I return or exchange hair?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you believe your hair is defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a store credit review. Hair that has been colored, bleached or chemically treated is not eligible. Please read our Return Policy and contact Order Support before sending anything back.
